Every woman’s journey through perimenopause and menopause is different — which means a one-size-fits-all answer just doesn’t work. That’s why my approach is simple: you lead, I guide.
Coaching with me is:

Client-led → You bring what matters most, and we focus on the areas that will make the biggest difference for you.

Evidence-informed → With a background in psychology and training in menopause coaching, I draw on science and proven strategies, not quick fixes.

Supportive & collaborative → This is a partnership. We’ll track symptoms, spot patterns, and build an action plan together.

Flexible → Some days you’ll want to dive into the science, other days you might just need space to be heard, have a moan, or share a laugh. Both are welcome here.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do — it’s to ask the right questions, help you see connections you might not have spotted, and create a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself.
